Orders and shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to United States addresses only. Shipping options, costs, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout; estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will pursue it with the carrier.
How long does delivery take?
Delivers in 5–7 business days by USPS Ground Advantage.
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on bundles or orders over $150. Otherwise a flat $4.39 per order. The bundles are Glow Essentials, Renewal Reserve and Essence Trio; the Black Friday Set is not a bundle. The $150 is counted after any discount code.
Can I cancel my order?
Until we confirm shipment, you may cancel the order yourself from your orders page; the full amount is refunded to your original payment method automatically.
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it after delivery.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your orders page, or email fuhlenlab@gmail.com with your order number, and we will confirm the return address. Once we receive the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and return postage is yours unless the return is our error.
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned, except that damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full, shipping included, and we may not require the item back. You can report a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your orders page or by email.
Do I need an account?
Checkout does not require an account. After you order, you can sign in to your orders page with a one-time code sent to the email you ordered with; there are no passwords.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Revitalizing Firming Face Mask: 33 sensitive-skin subjects, 28 days of cumulative use, zero adverse reactions, consumer use test, report CN24020153.
Sculpting Firming Essence Lotion: 33 subjects, 28 days of nightly use, zero adverse reactions, consumer use test, report CN24011335.
Patch test before first use, follow the directions on each product's page, and stop using a product if irritation develops.
How do I use them?
Revitalizing Firming Face Mask
- Cleanse Start with clean, towel-dry skin. No toner needed, the mask carries its own essence.
- Apply for 10–15 minutes Unfold and smooth from the center outward. For a cooling feel, chill the pouch first.
- Pat in, don't rinse Press the remaining essence into skin and neck. It absorbs fully, no film, no stickiness, no rinsing.
Sculpting Firming Essence Lotion
- Dispense two pumps Morning and night, after cleansing (and toner, if you use one).
- Warm and press Warm between palms, then press into face and neck from center outward, pressing beats rubbing for absorption.
- Seal it in Follow with moisturizer; in the morning always finish with SPF.
