These terms are the agreement between you and Fuhlen Laboratory LLC (Massachusetts, USA), the operator of this store, covering your use of this site and your purchases of 触观 ASETHETICA products. Placing an order or using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the store.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order.

2. What we sell

Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not drugs or medical devices, nothing on this site is medical advice, and no statement here or on our packaging claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Patch test before first use, follow the directions on each product's page, and stop using a product if irritation develops. Percentages quoted on this site are consumer-agreement rates from 28-day use tests, not instrument measurements.

3. Your orders page and your information

Checkout does not require an account. After you order, you can sign in to your orders page with a one-time code sent to the email you ordered with; there are no passwords. Anyone who can read that email can see the orders placed with it, so keep it secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email and shipping information you enter. If a parcel is delivered to the address you gave us and that address was wrong, we will try to help recover it, but we cannot promise a refund.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment, and until then we may decline or cancel it: because an item is out of stock, because a listing contained a pricing or description error, because we suspect fraud, or because the order cannot lawfully be fulfilled. If we cancel, you receive a prompt, full refund. Until we confirm shipment, you may also cancel the order yourself from your orders page; the full amount is refunded to your original payment method automatically.

5. Prices, promotions, and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. A crossed-out price on a bundle is the real total of buying its contents separately, never an invented former price. Promotional offers, including limited-time offers, may be changed or ended at any time without notice. Prices do not include sales tax; where we are required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout before you pay.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes have no cash value, apply only to the product subtotal, cannot be exchanged or combined with one another, and may be limited to a single use. A code issued for a first purchase belongs to the email address that earned it.

7. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout, by card or by the wallet options your device offers. We never see or store your card number. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

8. Shipping

We ship to United States addresses only. Shipping options, costs, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout; estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will pursue it with the carrier.

9. Returns and refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your orders page, or email fuhlenlab@gmail.com with your order number, and we will confirm the return address. Once we receive the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and return postage is yours unless the return is our error.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned, except that damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full, shipping included, and we may not require the item back. You can report a damaged, defective, or wrong item from your orders page or by email.

10. Your acceptance record

When you tick the terms checkbox at checkout, the time of your acceptance is shown to you and stored with your order. That record is kept as long as the order itself.

11. Intellectual property

The text, images, formulations, product names, and branding on this site belong to Fuhlen Laboratory LLC or its licensors. Buying a product licenses none of them. Do not reuse them without written permission.

12. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site's operation, probe or bypass its security or rate limits, scrape it at scale, misrepresent your identity, or use it to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service and cancel orders connected to such conduct.

13. Third-party services

Checkout depends on services we do not control: Stripe for payment, wallet providers, and shipping carriers. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your dealings with them; ours govern your dealings with us.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided as it stands, without a promise of uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. Products carry the warranties that consumer law implies and no others. Nothing in this section limits rights the law does not allow to be limited.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase or from use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase concerned, and neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This limit does not apply where the law refuses to let it, including liability for personal injury caused by a defective product, or for fraud.

16. Indemnification

If your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the site, or your violation of another person's rights causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you will cover the losses and reasonable legal costs that claim causes us.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before either of us files suit, we agree to try for 30 days to resolve the dispute informally by email. If that fails, the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction, and each of us consents to venue there. You may also hold rights under the consumer-protection law of your own state that this paragraph does not displace.

18. General

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a term today does not waive it tomorrow. You may not assign your rights under these terms; we may assign ours in a sale or reorganization of the business. These terms, the privacy policy, and your order confirmation are the entire agreement about your purchase.

19. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above identifies the current version. A change applies to orders placed after it takes effect, never retroactively to an order already placed.

20. Language

These terms are written in English and translated into Chinese for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version controls.
